I understand—because I've lived it—the exponential impact of aligned teams. I've seen what happens when the "I" becomes "us," and when individual strengths are woven into a collective purpose.

Meet Lisa
I don't teach leadership from the outside looking in. I've lived it.
My career spans more than three decades in California state government—from entry-level seasonal roles to Governor-appointed executive leadership. I've operated in high-stakes environments where decisions carried real consequences and leadership wasn't a choice—it was a requirement under pressure.
This experience shapes my approach. I don't deal in abstract concepts; I deal in leadership that has to work in real-time, with real people, in complex systems.
My work is grounded in CliftonStrengths—but I don't use it as a label. I use it as a lens.
When leaders understand their natural patterns, how they react under stress, and what they subconsciously expect from others, the "fog" of management clears. They lead with clarity, and their teams operate with significantly less friction.
Leadership development is only as valuable as the behavior it changes. Insight alone doesn't shift a culture—application does. My mission is to bridge that gap so it shows up Monday morning!
